Really bad customer service. I walked here from North Terminal as I knew it was 24 hours. I asked for some tooth paste as it was night service. The man laughed and said they were 'sold out'. I could see the rack from the window and there was plenty there. I went back the next day and yes of course there was plenty of toothpaste. I believe the guy just couldn't be bothered to walk across the shop. Pretty poor.

I post to say that i am happy about their services. I read complaints only, which does not reflect what i see. I often go their to avoid airport taxes, and buy something when waiting. They are mostly kind and of good service.

we ran out of fuel at Gatwick Airport parking and needed a jerry can to refuel the car. Well, they didn't have any - shame, it's a crucial item for emergencies, since you are not allowed to use non-certified containers for petrol in the UK.

Rubbish. Just a regular Pakistani bazar, rude employee and charging £1.1 for a paper roller that costs £0.60 around the corner. No receipt, arrogant, discussing..

Decent petrol station next to Gatwick N, price of fuel is good, great selection of snacks. Just marking it down slightly as the toilets are not very clean

The worst customer service. Just have been there and a guy refused me to sell a coffee, because it’s a night and they are selling it only during a day.. Ridiculous… 26/12/2022, 23:30.
