Staff are very rude and dont swipe the rewards points through and take them for themselfs (nectar etc).
The car wash is a waste of money its the worst wash in Nottingham if it dont damage your car in some way your vey lucky and if it does the staff do not care at all.
The hoover is also a waste of money.
They dont turn pumps on till payment made at night time.
Card machine always seems to be out of use at night also.
Just avoid the place.

Personally, I haven't had a problem here, when I have felt the need to feed my car here. Prices are high but the convenience of being right next to the A612 commands it, I guess.
One can find cheaper petrol at Sainsburys near Castle Marina but not by much as its usually crowded and around 3/4 mile away. So cost-to-benefit, it isn't cheaper.

I went to a Bp location(Daleside road/Nottingham)...with it is on the map ,and they dont accept my redeem voucher(uber driver)...for fuel.
I spoke with Mr. Nishan(manager)...and he sead that they dont accept the fuel deduction. We(UBER) made a deal with your company for cheaper fuel...at any location of your(BP BRAND).
I dont understand ...why i need to go only on specific(no mentioned) locations and not ALL BP locations. I will raise this issue with UBER!

Really disappointed, if they want payment before you fill, why not install pay on pump. I like to always fill the car up. But you have to go and guess how much and pay first. Had to pay twice to fill up. Don't need these games after hard day. Then get attitude from the staff there. Not happy. Lost a regular customer. I always fill from here (daleside road, Nottingham). But will have to find a friendlier filling station.

Very poor customer service

It's been over a month their points scanner is broke ....every time you go their they say within 2 or 3 days it will be working....

It's been over a month by now still same not working 😕

Today i wanted buy at this petrol station cigarettes . I had Just coins , like 1£ or 50 pence He said to me is not possible because He accept Just 10£ or 20£ etc and card . Thats is weird🙄

Bad, bad, bad customer service . Fuelled up on a snowy day and car failed to start afterwards with flat battery. One of those days. The attendant saw my plight along with a crying 8 year old, he came out and told me it was a busy time and his manager wanted me gone so they pushed me to one side blocking in another customer at the car wash and went back in. Stay classy BP.

Don’t ever go here. Went here to get some alcohol and had the worst customer service ever. I bought 4 big corona bottles then asked for a bag which I got for 10p and it clearly wasn’t strong enough to hold big bottles. Unsurprisingly the bag broke and one of the bottles smashed all over the road which was seen by your worker. I went back asked for another bottle of Corona and a new bag but was told no. Luckily a nice woman who was filling up her car saw what happened and gave me a strong Asda bag. The guy I was served by was so rude and will never be coming back. Embarrassing place full of jobsworths
