Shocking service - as previously reviewed - it can only be described as surly from the cafe staff. Rude and monosyllabic. Waited nearly 10 minutes at a till that was apparently closed (the sign was shoved off to the side and till said it was open on the LCD display) whilst the two staff serving the main tills ignored the fact I was there, until I was grunted at by the cafe staff who was obviously completely uninvested. First time I've been here and it will certainly be the last. I honestly cannot say the last time I had such a low level of service.

Advertising as selling lpg when they don't! How many other people are visiting to fill up motorhomes etc to find out, was told it is the one a few miles up the road, which is also false!!! Useless.....

Tanker filling up when wanted to get diesel, came back an hour later and tanker gone but cones still around pumps to stop people getting filled up!

Good facilities and genuinely helpful staff....but...and here's the but... I don't know how many times you can go to this station and there's no fuel available, if it's no delivery from the tanker or software problems with the pumps so they don't work...or any number of reasons why not... its borderline ridiculous ar times. I'm not unrealistic as you can't have 100% reliability but I've never known a station without fuel so often.

Not sure who designed that forecourt but the pumps are too close together-you have to be tight against the pumps to allow another vehicle in beside you.

Today I was waiting at my pump for 5 mins before they switched it on had to ask them… not even as much as an apology. They seem to get overwhelmed as soon as it’s a little bit busy and let customer service standards, manners and basic training go out the window. would like to see how they would get on in London.

Would just like to say that’s not all the staff have had some lovely interactions in this BP.
