Ariana Express Food & Wine

Terrible. Tried to buy a box of chocolates - all boxes were well past their sell by date. Also tried to claim a winning scratch card - the guy said that his till wouldn't open to give me the money. It was clearly working & I actually saw him open it for someone else. Then lastly, he says that the barcode on a pass my parcel package is wrong - it's not, he just doesn't like to hold the packages.
AVOID this place, I will not be giving them any of my money.

Amazing! That's all I can say, it's the perfect corner shop to have near you, the owner and workers are very nice and help out a lot. Its five stars from me.

Excellent costomer service and very friendly people, I recommend you to try it out and see what you think of it.

The new owners are awful .. don't bother returning parcels here, it's like you've asked them to donate a kidney 😆

Don’t bother. The owners are super rude and does never offer any assistance. The amount of times I’ve tried to drop off or pick up a parcel after following the delivery partners instructions to the T, and they refuse to accept it or help you due to some issues they’ve made up. Other places will offer to enter numbers manually if there are any issues such as if QR code isn’t scanning properly etc. But not this place. It’s interesting how 100% of other parcel shops can always find a solution but this place can’t. They just go ‘sorry, not my problem, you solve it or leave’. They can absolutely help you but simply can’t be bothered. I don’t expect much from at place like this and yet they disappoint.

They do not deserve your business or money. I’d rather tube it to another parcel shop than visit this place again.

Just the rudest person works in evening who is difficult and obstructive. I complained to owner but nothing has changed. He is very unhelpful when it come to dropping EVRI Hermes parcels and is obsessed about the labels and not allowing the paper to be thrown in his bin: very odd.

Absolutely RUDE and waste of time, don’t bother using the shop for whatever reason.
No quality customer service nor care
