Harry's Bar & Dining Room

Really excellent meal. Excellent service. Cozy and romantic atmosphere. Fantastic all around.

Bread was a simple selection of three different types but done really nicely and served with a balsamic and olive oil.

Meat was cooked perfectly, pigeon, venison and steak all perfectly cooked and the pigeon in particular was surprisingly good in a sweet port jus with blueberries. Otherwise good meat cooked rare was as superb as always. The bernaise sauce with the steak was extremely salty and lost its flavour, but the mustard selection was excellent and paired with the meat well.

We were offered some wine tasting to help us decide what wine to have with our meal because we had different tastes and the waitress was able to find a wine we both enjoyed with our meal. Service was quick when we wanted it but unobtrusive and didn't interrupt during the meal.

We used the OpenTable 50% discount, and that gave us a much greater value for money but even at full price this would have been a worthwhile meal.

Really excellent restaurant, we will be back!

Very nice gastro-pub in the heart of the City:
The food here is really very good. I have to mention in particular the Harry's bar tiramisu, which is a real killer! The service is also commendable, quick, friendly and always professional. I also liked very much the atmosphere of the bar and had the good surprise to find out that the bill was quite reasonable by City standards. All in all, a very good experience. I'll certainly be back.

Fast and efficient, service with a smile. Set in a basement it nevertheless offers small discreet dining booths which are fun and good for conversation.

Every table taken, mainly with people celebrating the upcoming Christmas holiday. Usually this does not bode well for a restaurant but the food was great, the staff were attentive and in good humour, we just had a really enjoyable time

Frequent this place with co workers and the food is really good, varieties of wine and the staff are always pleasant.
