We had excellent food which was served by really friendly staff. A lovely welcoming atmosphere and a great selection of on menu food and specials. Worth every penny especially as it's so reasonably priced for the quality of food .

Just popped in for a carvery, it was fantastic. Good choice of vegetables, even had peas and carrots so my kids were happy! Meat was lovely, and dessert was great. Fast friendly service too. Highly recommend and will definitely go again.

Excellent fillet steak, the blue cheese and mushroom sauce complimented the meal superbly, and the roast lamb rump beautifully tender and lean. Attentive friendly staff making you feel relaxed, all in all a pleasurable meal, I would highly recommend treating yourself to an evening meal here. Thank you for making our anniversary memorable for all the right reasons.

Went for the carvery on Sunday 15th September, the staff were very helpful even though we were running slightly late, a good variety of meats and vegetables, our party all agreed it was very nice, would definitely recommend if your after a proper Sunday roast, we will definitely be going again, great service. Oh if you like pudding go for the salted Caramel cheesecake to die for.

Don't like food served on wooden boards, not very hygienic in my opinion. Also, bread was stale! When told just changed the slice. Also couldn't taste the Marie- Sauce which should have been with prawns. Staff were very nice though.

Not the most inspiring place for a lunch time meal. But having eaten there four times now what has impressed is the food. I've always had very well cooked fare, generous portions and at a good price.
