Outstanding food. The fish pie was honestly one of the best I have ever tried. Fabulous venue. But unfortunately a little let down by the service. The lady serving just really seemed like she couldn't be bothered. constantly had to look for her when our glasses were empty. She was to busy chatting to the bar staff. No follow-up checks to see if our food was OK. I asked for something off the menu Her reply was a straight we don't have any. No other recommendations from her or nothing. She would be gone if it was my own pub. Fabulous place with outstanding food. But massive let down by staff

Popped in for lunch and had the rump steak. It was delicious and cooked to perfection. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It's a really nice pub and well worth visiting for a bite to eat and a few drinks.

One of the few places we found that accept walk ins thankfully! We were sat quickly, the staff were friendly and efficient. Food was outstandingly good. Can't recommend highly enough.

Walk-ins only. But it’s a very busy and dog-friendly place. Delicious food and customer service was good.
No desserts on the menu.

Dogs allowed, they had a decent selection of food and drinks served nice and promptly. Good pub grub, large portions, we had tacos. Kids menu could be improved with some veg on the plate.

My friends and I enjoyed our meal at this lovely pub. The food was delicious and the portions were very generous. Everyone enjoyed their meals. I loved the seafood pie and I would highly recommended. The staff were very friendly, helpful and gone out of their way to help us.

This is a definite place to go when in Tenby. After checking in late, decided to go and find a place to eat. Ended up here after hearing about it and also after seeing it was open with lovely ambience and character. Wasn’t sure what to expect but ended up ordering the special – mackerel grill with potatoes and shell on prawns with chips. What a great quality and selection. Fantastic food, great taste and the freshness of the ingredients simply a great combination. The service was superb and the food oh cant still stop thinking about it. Absolutely worth the visit.

Wanted fresh fish and this place never disappoints. My partner had mackerel and I had fish pie, we shared a plate of whole prawns. And it was delicious. Highly recommended if you visit Tenby. We love the Hope & Anchor. Can't wait to eat there again. Staff are lovely too.
