Sunday lunch at the olde world Inn - Goytre Arms.
Julian & staff were very relaxed, welcoming.
Spotlessly clean which for me was utter most priority -

Food was delicious; just right, not over cooked. Veggie meal was perfect. The overall experience was perfection.

Very average Sunday lunch. £15 so expected more. Had the lamb which was moist and a good size portion, but was fatty and chewy. Vegetables were just plain and boiled, and the carrot were rather end & brown at one end. Smallest ball of stuffing. No mint sauce offered or available on the sauce table. No nice extras like pickled cabbage or cauliflower cheese. A bit disappointed.

Really dissapointing experience for a large table. Roast dinners were luke warm and the chips that came with the kids chicken nuggets were stone cold. One member of staff was more than rude, the dirty looks she gave to a family member as well as the way she spoke to them was appalling. Definitely will not be returning.

AWFUL!!! food was terrible especially the lack of it, £30 for 2x Sunday dinners bith would fit in a sandwich, quite comical when we're talking about peas and carrots here, stuffing balls so hard and cremated cracked a tooth honestly no joke. Had food in weatherspoons the day before 10mins up the road 10000% better as much of a joke as that sounds but being honest here. Would rather be shot at by a cannon than eat here ever again total rip off!!!

Good clean spacious pub. Friendly staff. Didn't get to see the drinks at the bar as we had table service, but moretti was on tap so I'd guess decent selection. The burger I had was one of the best I've had in a while, and the cheesy garlic bread was delightful. Thanks guys.

The food tasted amazing and the drinks was fresh and bubbly, alcoholic and non. The homemade beef burger I had was so full of flavour. I haven’t tasted a beef burger like that before I really enjoyed it 10/10 to the chef for all our food on the table. The chips are cooked perfectly crunchy shell and fluffy inside. The young girl who looked after us/took our orders was welcoming and made an effort to talk to us, made us customers feel welcomed. The pricing of the pub for food and drinks I think was brilliant.

Most flavoursome burger I have eaten. Score would have been 5☆ but chips could have been hotter.
One of my fave places after a walk & situated near the Brecon canal, another great walk
