Purley War Memorial Hospital

I had a blood test booked for today 13.30.
All done in five minutes!
I arrived a few minutes early and was seen immediately.
Never had such an efficient hospital appointment.

I just back from my appointment in that hospital. That was worse appointment in my life. I waiting 8 months for my appointment and that was 3min. Appointment. Doctors don’t give my any chance to explain what happened with my skin. She’s not see a problem, because my skin started heal. Her advice was not scratching, but when I say I not scratched my skin she said soo she doesn’t see problem. Unbelievable how fast she just decided to not give my any diagnosis. Now I’m not angry I’m sad, because I was left alone with my problem

The worst experience I ever had from the dermatology clinic
I rang and informed that my appointment Iwill be 5mts late.The receptionist was so rude and said their number has been changed.
How are the normal patients supposed to know without informing the number changed.
She was insulting in the way by saying to me that NHS is FREE.how could she say that to working people who regularly pay their tax.
Doctors can make us wait for how much they like and this is the treatment you get from the staff and doctors .it was only a dematology clinic and not an emergency service .
Please train staff to respect the public

Not a great experience ringing through. Was passed from pillar to post and then was told I’d rung the wrong number which I was told to call. Staff member very stressed and defensive when I did get through on the seventh attempt.

Very friendly staff who can help direct you to where you need to go but parking spaces are limited (especially disabled spots.

Had a walk-in X-ray and blood test appointments. Came in by 9am and got both done in about 30 min. Friendly staff, very helpful but most importantly very effective. Thanks for your good and fast work.

Registered to this GP. Been there always welcoming.
The parking is way too expensive for a quick doctors appointment.
Limited parking spaces.
Close to purley station and loads of bus stops nearby.

Very bad service on the front desk for blood test. Came this morning and No one was there. I was waiting couple of minutes for girl who came behind the computer (No hello - nothing!! ) She was so rude and arrogant, I literally left without taking my blood as I never faced this type of costumer service in hospital. I felt so uncomfortable around her and the way she spoken to me. They should spend the time on people who they take for this job.
