Easy and efficient. I hadn’t been able to get an appointment with my own doctor. This was a very efficient and simple solution. Very well suited when you can’t access NHS care. I saw a GP via video consultation within minutes of attending the pharmacy.
The GP utilised devices that were connected to the computer to diagnose my problem. This made me feel reassured as previous online doctors I had used did not have this facility.

Note that this is a video appointment center, with a few tools to examine yourself. It wasn’t clear at all on the website. The whole thing is very clumsy to use. The GP diagnosed a chest infection from hearing my breath with the stethoscope but honestly considering the bad audio quality and me holding the stethoscope randomly I don’t trust the diagnosis and will ask for a second opinion.
