The opportunity to be able to call and get an appointment with the clinic even over the weekend is amazing.
The clinic is so professional, clean and welcoming staff Thank you.
I am so pleased I left my other clinic which can take 72 hours to speak to or if lucky see a doctor.
This clinic is such a blessing and I am so pleased to be a patient Thank You x

Hmm. Very mixed review. I was singing their praises to everyone and now I’ve been badly let down!
The weekend service is handy because it’s the only time I can actually GET an appointment. Admittedly it’s two weeks away but at least it’s an appointment! Can’t get a “48 hour” appointment that they claim. Ever. Tried calling early so don’t tell me that.
I had an appointment for my child and attended, only to be told this practitioner doesn’t deal with children. What did you think he was, based on him BEING A TWO YEAR OLD? An adult? It wasted my time, their time and my work time benefit.
They have nice biscuits. The coffee machine only has dodgy tea, never the hot chocolate that’s promised, and the kids fridge is empty. So all the little “benefits” they tout don’t materialise either.
However the staff are friendly and occasionally try to help.

Such a terrible service. This is not a post just for me but a handful of friends and family. They say they have appointments to cater for more patients. I have called 3 days in a row at 7am and i am 5th in line but when it's my turn the appointments are gone?? How? 5 people and all appointments are gone? Miss the severn surgery team. They were brilliant with their services. They worked less hours but put their patients first and made sure they catered for all their needs. Here spectrum health has longer hours and more days yet they cant cater and the funny thing is when you pass the practice it's quiet inside with no patients. Each patient takes about 10mins but you wont see anyone walk in or out in that 10mins.

This new management with spectrum health is ridiculous. Looking to move from this terrible service.

I moved to this practice during Lockdown which I assume the majority of Patients did as we were all frustrated with not being able to see our Doctor's.
The services offered were new and refreshing and in an ideal world I believe are the way forward for healthcare.
Screening of patients depending on their urgency or specialist requirements.
However due to Lockdown, no one had seen their Doctors. We all had ongoing medical conditions and also new problems due to not seeing Doctors and COVID related issues.
I believe this Practice wanted to deliver Excellent Medical Care but underestimated the scale of the problems.
Whilst disappointed with not being able to see a Doctor instead of a "Health Specialist" all the time...the Reception Staff have always been helpful with prescriptions.
I think they over promised and underdelivered...and honesty sooner rather than later would have given us all the opportunity to move Surgeries.
I have tried for 3 days this week to call all day everyday!
My WhatsApp request for my prescription had not been read.
I drove over from Aylestone to get a prescription, I was told there was not enough people to answer the phone so it was on a loop.
They were no longer accepting Whatsapp prescription requests???
I wish Spectrum well... But I will moving Surgeries, my health is important and has already been on hold for 2 years.

Practice members are so rude over the phone. They’ve given me a wrong prescription before. They’ve lost a referral. And lost my test results after telling me all was fine and told me a year later. Really understand why CQC gave them the review they did. Poor service with every experience. Although looks fancy and glossy from outside, they do not know how to run a GP practice. Was 10 x times better ran as severn road surgery, even if the receptionists were abit grumpy!

Most the doctors are good however the whole place has gone down hill rapidly! They're always cancelling appointments which can also be last minute which isn't reliable atall and can never get you in til weeks time! You can wait on the phone for absolute ages for an appointment to be told there is none because they have people book them in before hand weeks prior so it's not very helpful if you feel you need an appointment on the day. Don't really recommend, and am looking at changing doctors already unfortunately.

I have recently moved to the surgery and it is safe to say I will be looking to move elsewhere, I recently found out I was pregnant, made a doctors appointment as per the NHS website guidance which was 2 weeks away, was greeted by the doctor that was not at all engaged asked 1 or 2 general questions and told me to take a note to the reception no other information given, passed the note to the receptionist which read ‘call midwife’ she then told me to call the midwife with no other details with this being my first pregnancy there was no other information given. My midwife had prescribed me aspirin and each time I called the surgery they claimed they hadn’t receive the instruction, this is ofcourse after long waits, the midwife then prescribed it for a second time and I finally received my medication. I most recently Contacted the surgery regarding a vaccine that has been recommended during pregnancy, the receptionist told me he would need to check with a nurse if it was in stock and would call me back. A day and a half later no response, I then called again to chase this and ask how long a response usually takes as it may be quicker for me to contact the midwife and find an alternative place for the vaccine only to be told ‘it’s not life threatening is it’ - as if first time pregnancies aren’t stressful enough those comments aren’t necessary , secondly if it was life threatening I wouldn’t be calling the doctors surgery I’d be calling emergency services!

My family’s experience with this practice has been nothing short of outstanding. Both Dr Ghias and his team of clinicians have been empathetic, compassionate and kind. Dr Ghias is an excellent GP. He takes time to listen, understand the medical problems we’ve faced and dealt with them promptly with the utmost professionalism. Total respect - not sure how we could’ve coped without this brilliant team of wonderful people!
