I have been a patient with Dr pool for many years . I find him easy to talk to and very professional in his role as a GP. All at the practice are helpful and friendly from the practice nurse to the receptionists . You couldn't ask for a better GP practice .

I’m sorry but in my experience I have found this practice rather terrible.
They never have a nurse available. I have seen about 3 different doctors, they have even got my medical records incorrect and had someone else’s records up during my appointment. They have not followed up on any female requirements for someone my age. I find this practice to be unpersonal and not very caring at all

The front door isn't very obvious at all - felt like I was walking into someone's house!! Friendly enough staff and very bright and spacious inside.

My first appointment with octor was very nice. I am very happy about it. But the reception lady seemed for me been abit different acting with Native British people and other nationality. Maybe i am mistaken. I really hope so(( Thaths why 4 start. Just because of the reception. Thanks

I have been with Dr Poole for many years, he's easy to talk to, lovely manner about him, knows what he's doing and gets it done. I'm going to miss him a great deal. The staff are all very friendly, and helpful. Have never had any issues with them at all.It's clean and tidy, has lots of information about anything you need to know.

Update- following on from my review below I received a call from the surgery the following morning. There was a sincere apology, information provided on how to book an appointment on the same day and later that day an appointment was provided, with high quality care.

I needed to make a same day/urgent appointment. I tried to get through on the phone for 45 mins. I then walked to the surgery to try to book an appointment. I was told I could only do this online. Having never done this before I asked how to go about it. I was told to go onto the Sunnymede website. There was no facility to book if you didn't have a patient access account. My husband logged into to his account - there was no facility to book a same day / emergency appointment. The earliest appointment was 2 weeks away. The end result - no appointment, no solution and no patient care.

Just had a health check there and it was awful. She didn’t even introduced herself spoke to me in orders and nothing else!! Awful! I won’t be back waste of time
