The day his appointment came he turned up to be told that he was forgotten to be booked in . While there he was told that the nurse would call to rearrange another appointment.
And also told him he needs to find another doctors as he’s no longer in their catchment area and has 30 days to do that and he will receive a letter.
So in the meantime, still had no call .
And you’d think that in that 30 days grace , he would be seen .
Where’s the duty of care ?
The NHS England website says that patients can now choose if they would like a phone appointment or face to face appointment. Obviously Willowbrook haven't received this memo!!!
Come on Willowbrook - wake up and catch up!!!
However reading the reviews on here it looks as if no improvements are being put in place as everyone has the same issues over and over.
Surely some external auditors should be looking at Patient feedback and addressing the issues accordingly with the Practice
.
Members of the staff were rude and abusive.
One nurse actually called me "disgusting"
And that I should "get gone"
The nurse that I had the appointment with stated that she would not deal with me and asked me to leave the surgery.
The receptionist attempted to hand me a mask.
I declined to wear the mask and the receptionist told me that she would inform the nurse.
Not one member of staff asked me if I had a legitimate reason for not wearing a mask.
They all instantly grouped together and removed me from the practice.
I have found a lump in my groin that I'm worried could possibly be cancer.
I would like to know where to go from here?
I have been suffering with my breathing recently due to having hay fever, combine these issues with my job.
I'm currently working for
the local authority environmental services dept as a grass cutter, both the heat and dust not to mention pollen has made breathing rather difficult.
I have no problem wearing a face covering but I was under the illusion that if a person had breathing difficulties then allowances could be made.
I'm deeply saddened by these
comments and would like some feedback before I make my complaints formal.
