Won't be using this company again. Bought a present for a family member in December as a Christmas present, and due to their 14 day return policy, which they refuse to extend over the Christmas period, I now can't return it.

Three Little Bears went the extra mile to get my Mum sent a teddy in hospital - special delivery and with a gift card that they don’t normally do after I contacted them. Really responsive and great service. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again.
