Very helpful staff, bought a set of second hand irons here and they’ve lasted very well over a year of use! When bought in almost mint condition so they take pride in quality! Would recommend!!

Absolutely disgusting service today. I bought irons from the pre-owned section that I was told were standard lie/loft/length. I spent months trying to figure out why I was hitting the ball left, I spent £100’s on lessons trying to solve the issue. I then thought that it might be the irons, took them to a local pro-shop to find out that they were 3° upright. That’s 3° out from what they told me they were. I took the irons back to the shop after months of thinking it was me, only to receive absolutely terrible; borderline disgusting customer service. I was told that “they can’t do anything because they’re pre-owned” even though I told them I was mid-led and missold. I asked at the time of buying are these standard loft/length/lie and they said they were. I saw the same person who sold me the clubs and he continued to say that the local pro-shop have checked them wrong. I then asked them to check the clubs themselves to see what the lie angle was and they told me that I’d have to pay for that service. After having spent thousands in the shop beforehand it’s clear that they only care when you’re spending. Honestly if you want a pleasant customer experience please stay away and take your custom elsewhere. I spent £500 of my hard earned cash to be completely disregarded.

Good quality products and selection. Stock can be a problem but that's down to the manufacturer and delivery dates gobout the window. Also no matter if you spend £100 or £2000 they can't do any money off.

Standard AG layout, although used club section is different from the Cardiff store. Parking is good and as in all AGs the staff are helpful and enthusiastic.

Poor customer service.not very helpful. Faulty golf clubs sent back after only having 5 weeks with no temporary replacement given and no answers after a week. No compensation offered. Unable to play golf when paying club membership.

After being completely and utterly mis treated and wrong sold clubs by the machynys branch, these guys were absolutely phenomenal!! Michael the pro that fitted me for my new replacement clubs was unbelievable and quite literally game changing !!I've left the store knowing the clubs I've bought are smack bang on suites to me my swing speed my game and can't wait for the set to come to try out on the course .
I will never walk foot in the machynys branch again and will be dealing with these guys 100%

Mediocre choice for ladies, which is generally the case for golf shops. Disappointing. It's mid October and no trousers with the excuse being winter range not in, which is BS since mens trousers in stock. Look online they say. No, will look elsewhere.
