Absolutely appalling treatment. Arrived with a dislocated wrist and several breaks to the finger /knuckle area only to be offered paracetamol. 3 hours on and still had not been X rayed. Not to mention the discrimination from staff due to valid reason for non mask wearing. Staff need to remember why they do their job and if they don't like the conditions it is on them to rally their Co workers and make the change.

Just had a procedure done, amazing team, thanks for the whole experience it was really comfortable and everyone was so on point at their job which I love to witness.. Just great, thanks for the multiple ginger nuts and coffee afterwards too, coffee was in a real mug like someone's house.. ;)

I have nothing but praise and respect for the team here. They are so understaffed and overburdened by 111 referrals that could be directed elsewhere. Nurse Jackie, you are an absolute 🌟. Thank you for your care.

We came here on Saturday, my son couldn't stand on his left leg. We waited for 3 hours to hear that nothing scary, just go home and take a look, if nothing changed come back. Without any x-rays or analysis. Ok. We back on Wednesday. Waited in line for 3 hours again to hear that we have to go to Exeter! Why couldn't say on Saturday that its better to go to Exeter? Terrible waste of our nerves and time

Wait was about 1 hour but warm, comfortable and friendly staff, (apart from 1 nurse).

Had day case surgery at Tiverton hospital and found the whole experience amazingly easy and comfortable. It's a very well-organised hospital and it's so nice that it's small and modern and clean.

The nurses are absolutely lovely! They are friendly and helpful and very efficient. The doctors, anaesthetists and surgeons were also fantastic and everything went very smoothly.

I went into the urgent care unit for a sprained ankle, a wonderful physio came straight to my car and wheeled me in and helped me check in which was great she was very kind I can only assume she was getting ready to go home or out for lunch, the reception staff were also wonderful.
It didn’t take long to be seen by the Triage nurse’s, this wasn’t such a wonderful experience, there was not one ounce of human in these two. The body language and general rudeness. Although there inability to be human did make them quicker…..
I was then seen by an ambulance paramedic who was very nice and was able to suggest what she thought it was and also got a second opinion from the doctor! An x ray to be on the safe side, the Radiographer was great and very imformative and Luckily for me it wasn’t a broken bone.
However on diagnosis I did feel a little let down I was given a leaflet with a few exercises and told to go, try walk on it, I left the hospital a little in the dark on what to do with myself and didn’t even understand if I’d damaged my tendons etc, I had to walk out of the hospital in the worse pain I’ve experienced for a number of years. The department was busy on this day, so obviously my understanding that they may not have time to fully talk you through anything.
I’ve now seen another professional and have been told I’ve got two partially torn tendons. Hence the reason I couldn’t walk on it. I’ve now on in place a treatment plan.

Treated there as a day patient today. Wonderful hospital with wonderful happy nurses and doctors that treat you as a person and not just as a number. Very uplifting and clean, so much better than attending larger hospitals.
