After a short wait on the phone. I was put through to a gentleman who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He looking into me query and even called me back 5 minutes later with an update. Fantastic service and surprising to see.

Rang to make an enquiry. Call was answered promptly by Arosin. She was very helpful and gave me all the information that I needed to know. After having read all the negative reviews I was indeed surprised to be assisted fully by Arosin, who was very professional, supportive and pleasant. Please keep up with the good work!!

I was put through to Brad on two occasions today 19/9/17 - He was an absolute gentleman and was so helpful. His approach and patience represent a credit to the ideology of customer service.

So, I had previously rang HM Land Registry to make an appointment and they were great on the phone. When we visited the Croydon office, we were seen immediately ((a few minutes before our appointment) and I really must say, the young lady was so helpful, polite and jolly. She went out of way to do what was needed. Brilliant service. The only thing that confused me was the model of the ship in the waiting area! I thought there would be something more land- based!!! Pretty though. Shame there’s no disabled spot nearby. Croydon council need to sort that out. Thank you.

I am a severely disabled pensioner and although i live in London, my house is in London yet i have to try to get help from Swansea. My disabilities, age, and equality act make no difference to one member of staff he just repaeats like a robot his function in a government department. There is not sign of any interest. As a result i do not get answers to the questions i need to know and it takes so long to get answers. He seems to think that because f where he works he is superior when i suggest contacting the CEO he replies you can it will make no difference. I worked for 50 years to pay this person to become a robot

Generally, the staff are helpful and efficient. However, the system for communicating with the Land Registry is, in reality, a system to discourage you from trying to do so. Firstly, it may ask for a reference even though you haven't been given a reference (and I don't mean a title number.) Then it requires you to register or tweet your issue. The phones are only answered during restricted hours and the phone numbers are kept secret. In a world without phones, they'd be world beaters.

The Land Registry website is an absolute disgrace. I know because I have been using it for 15 years. After using it for several years I did actually make a formal complaint to LR about it and I was told that I was the only person who had complained. The 'login' facility does not work adequately.
