Very good TfL office, there is wheelchair access and a large auditorium area. There is a canteen on site too and a nice roof garden.

How I wish it was possible to give a negative star rating 😖.
Today, for the first time since the introduction of the congestion charge, I drove into London. Why, because there is a train strike and my husband doesn’t have the luxury of working from home.
Definitely in before 7am but very tight on the exit - almost sure it was before the charge starts. There is no obvious marking in the road to show the boundary so I phoned to check.
Unbelievable it’s not possible to tell if you have been charged. Spent 10 minutes on the phone and felt I had no choice but to pay as I cannot afford the £160 fine. Passed to payment line but told payment couldn’t be taken and I would be passed back to customer service. Had to start again and, again, told I needed to be passed to the payment line. This time I was cut off.
15 minutes on the phone for a charge I don’t know if I need to pay but haven’t been able to pay.
Gave up and paid on line.
Feel I have been robbed. Accept I have to pay for something I have used but when computer systems are so advanced how can no one tell if I owe the money.
No I don’t want an account, it’s a £10 annual fee for something I don’t use.
So angry 😤

Id give NO stars if possible TFL are nothing but Frauds, charging hardworking and low income families to bail out their debt stricken shoddy, disgusting dirty service. charging drivers that already pay for Road tax to drive in their own local areas under the guise of climate change, shocking Customer service unable to derive from a script, services constantly on strike or replacement. The whole system needs an overhaul.

Sort out your service , your staff want more money but can't run a decent service, so glad the H+S trains are on time.... only 12 mins late.

Instead of going on strike, how about ask every staff at the gates try to stop at least one fare evader everyday, tfl would have the money to pay staff???
Also tfl support line wait time is outrageous.

I'm trying to renew my private hire license first time after working through pandemic,
3 months now cannot work but they didn't check my application.
But they working hard to issue PCN's and then enforcement to take innocent people's belongings. ( that person served tfl many years as a bus driver-all he done visited his old parents after many years.
Wasn't sure about ulez' after 3 months he's chased by tfl camera vans locked his car with 2 kids and claimed over 3 thousand pounds)
Great

Absolutely awful transportation company, making people's life difficult for their greed, they should disband in shame and management held accountable.

I think it's actually quite efficient (4/5), but I'm deducting a star for not being able to deal with rude people in trains (feet on seats, loud music on phone speakers).
