Was only on hold for about 45 minutes on 31st December which I'm aware is a super busy time for tax enquires. Catherine from Portsmouth was really helpful and we got through a massive list of questions I had in about 10-15 minutes, I was expecting it to take atleast an hour. Thanks Catherine!

One hour in waiting que then told lines are closed and hung up on!

Always treated with respect and my queries are answered in full and professionally.

OK, so I had to wait (listening to all the Covid notifications and what passes for music) what seemed like ages to get through, hence the 4 stars, but hey, the agent was able to sort out my issue and, fingers crossed, when I go online in 24 hours all will be well in my tax world.

Tried to get help to fill in an R40 form three times, the advisors hadn't a clue and tried to put me through to a technician twice I was cut off before I could request a call back. The third time my phone ran out of free call time.
I was on hold for two hours in total. In the end I gave up!

Waited ages on the phone, then it hung up on me! Such a useless number to call, especially as their webchat doesn't work!

Cant reach anyone, was on hold for 30 minutes. Tried everything to be in touch over urgent matters. Not any a better position than I was when i tried to call and navigate the pages some of which don't even work. Awful experience.

Long waiting time. Sometimes need call more than once to get it solved.
