Mostly grumpy staff with zero people skills who seem unable to wear a mask properly (this includes the management) when on the shop floor. On more than one occasion I've been overcharged due to 'on sale' items going through at full price. The last time this happened I pointed out their error to which they replied "oh yeah, that again". If they're aware of a problem why not fix it? I was overcharged by nearly ten pounds.

why during a pandemic are staff allowing customers to shop with masks worn below the nose? That renders the mask useless. This is my local Co op and as someone with a disability that makes them covid vulnerable in deeply upset that I've seen this multiple times. Unsafe.

I shop there regularly and all the staff are nice and I get a good friendly service. The staff do have to put up with a lot from rude customers and shop lifters from time to time which doesn't help and I'd like to say well done!!..

All the girls working there are very nice and friendly... The two blokes on the other hand are rude most of the time. Specially the skinny guy with a teenager haircut who NEVER says good morning or thank you. I bet he still lives with his mum the looser.

The guy who’s bald with glasses that works there is racist, and I do not say this lightly, blunt, rude and just down right disgusting customer service, one rule for white peoples and a whole new set for anyone of any other skin tone, guarantee he’d even try and give a tanned person a hard time, absolute joke
