Very rude lady there who does not listen to the client’s requirements. Keeps snubbing you if you try to ask something or explain what you want. Charged a huge amount for highlights which I can hardly see😡Been having highlights for over 20yrs and this is the most unprofessional place in ashford I have been to!! Do not waste your money and time!! No point going back as from previous experience she answers rudely. Loads of other places which have much better customer service!!!!

I followed wioletta from another place to her own salon. I have curly hair which is thinning with age. She can truely cut curly hair properly, it doesn't look lovely on the day but go like a bush after 2 weeks! Good service, no appointment, friendly atmosphere and sensible prices. Highly recommended.
