Brilliant salon. Been coming here for over 15 years and would definitely recommend. Everyone is really friendly & professional. Nicola is a brilliant stylist. I used to hate the hairdressers & being pressured to buy the products but this doesn’t happen here

Great service. Professional, friendly staff. Just love going here for my hair colour and cut, can't recommend them enough. I have been having my hair done by Nicola for over 15 years and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

I was going to book an appointment, based on the reviews here. So, an honest review. We went in for a patch test that was enough. We were greeted by Jen! Who went into a speil, about they are the professionals, bleach has to be used in the proper way, and proceeded to go on about the types of bleach. Like huni, I only ever get my hair highlighted at the hairdressers, never use home treatments! We were totally patronised, by a hairdresser with bad hair herself! Not a great advertisement really. Then I presume who is the manager butted in. I decided then it was no from me. Further, proceeded to patronised about purple shampoo, i never use purple shampoo, so irrelevant conversation! I would love to know the type clientelle who does go here for hair services! I shall stick to Toni and Guy!

From the moment I walked in I was impressed. Greeted warmly and promptly. The place is beautiful and spotless. Lisa who did my swedish massage was friendly and talented. I have come away feeling relaxed and loose. I will definitely be going back.

I have used Flame Urban Spa twice so far. I have found the staff to be polite and professional. I had my hair cut and blow dry by Jen pre-Covid and she was amazing. I was nervous for my 1st intimate waxing today which was done by Lisa, she made me feel clam and the atmosphere was good. Vanessa was very informative and friendly. I will be using them again and would recommend. Also a great bonus is there ample parking.😄

I've just got home from my nail appointment and I am absolutely chuffed with my acrylics. Thank you to Rachel who made me feel so welcome, comfortable and had me laughing the whole time I was there. Absolutely amazing service and I will definitely be back 💕
