Bumped into one of the employee’s at this store in the city centre and found out he has recently left and was so shocked. He was not given any leaving card or present. He was a great employee who gave wonderful service for 5 years. ToolStation you must do better to look after your staff who serve us customers.

Went into tool station Monday and literally had no idea about what I wanted and the manager hannah was very helpful and knowledgeable about the exact too I need, I am forever grateful for her help, excellent customer service 5*****

Not good did not really understand what I was looking for, a padsaw blade to fit too a Stanley knife, I bought it on ebay!, so much for "tool specialist"?!, won't be using again.

I had to change a lock on a patio door . Unfortunately they did not have a part in Bitterne but Chloe checked out local stores and found the only one available for me and then phoned to reserve it for me . She couldn't have been more helpful she's an absolute star.

There is only one member of staff at this branch who seems to care about the service that they are giving to the customer. Rest of the staff give the attitude that they don't give a toss about customer satisfaction. Dont know how many times i have gone into this branch and have had to wait to be swerved as all the staff are behind the wall chatting so no one is watching the counter ( i dread to think what the stock loss at this branch is). I don't think that i will be shopping here any longer.

I always wish NATHAN is at the store when am visiting. Best person for the job, I never know what to buy, I go there with a problem and he always finds a solution for it. His knowledge is commendable.
