Bought 2 small line aiders for my small bits to find that there were pegs missing. At £4 each I was not happy. Used to love the shop and isn't easy for me to get to unless in the area for something else.
What happened to the quality of the products?

A great traditional British hardware store, must be the cheapest key cutting service in Oxford plus so much more, potatoes, onions, got some screws I needed. Was on my way to Timpsons for a key cut, so glad I found this place. Will be back soon. Highly recommended A☆

looking around for home brewing stuff online, then came across this little shop on google and thought id go out for a trip. To my surprise this shop is a hell of a lot cheaper then anything i could find from the big online company's and the service was brilliant, they helped me choose the best items for my little project. i would choose this place over online stores anytime

Had to go back 4 times to get 2 keys cut. In the end owner said "have your money back" and virtually threw them back at me, in a very stroppy manner, not impressed; found somewhere else which did keys properly, and they worked straight away

I popped In to get a key cut after going over the road to another place that quoted me £8 for a key. The gentleman were very helpful and quick and only Cost me £3.50 so I got two cut and was VERY PLEASED. Keys worked when I tried them out.

Always very helpful service in this shop and have been able to find whatever I’ve needed every time. Highly recommended!
