Really helpful staff always on hand to advise on the right tool for the job. Proper old school customer service which is dreadfully lacking in many larger chains these days. Reasonably priced and lots of parking. Used several times and will continue to go back.

Thank you so much for the bolt today. You saved the day and I now have my washing machine back up and running. Will definitely be returning for my hardware needs now that a know you are there.

This is the only DIY shop in Ongar and they have always got the bits you need and will always advise you about Decorating, Plumbing and everything else and they are reasonably priced. A lifesaver on that day when you find out you have not got the bits you need.

Great people here, will help with any problem you might have, and they have almost everything that you could need from a DIY shop. The added bonus of not having to go to Harlow, makes this place a must if you need DIY supplies in Ongar!

Plus they were working tirelessly throughout the pandemic!

Really helpful staff, good parking, really good value for money. Not a massive verity of stock but everything you need in an emergency or for general DIY. I use it all the time. Would recommend it.
