I went here a few months ago and had the best experience I've ever had going to a hardware shop. The staff are attentive and patient, I went in having a vague idea of what I needed for a project. They really went above and beyond helping me find the tools and equipment. Even directing me to another shop where I could gather the rest of my suppliers.

I travelled to tooting to go to a specific shop but stumbled apon this gem instead!

Such a high level of service provided! I was served by Jesel and he was really helpful with a very good level of communication throughout the transaction.

Super helpful when I had a shower hose emergency! Even opened the pack and fitted it to the connector for me. Knowledgeable service and well-stocked store. Will certainly be my first point of call next time.

I required a spare fitted wardrobe metal railing of 100mm diameter and 270mm length cut too size. I don't have experience in matters carpentry. These metal rods are sold in 3m lengths. Mr. Patel was good enough to locate a spare 1m length and even cut it down to size in the store without extra charge.

This kind of old school personal service of customers is rare nowadays. Give them a try.

Great DIY shop, the guys in there were very helpful for me with my project - both in terms of having the right stuff but also helping me to design it right and ensuring I had everything I needed.

After being caught short on a job i needed a specific sized metal file i was lucky to be working just around the corner from this gem of a shop.. Mac, the owner was very helpful and went out his way to find the tool I needed from his stock room out back.. I was in no way a big spender but he had plenty of time to help . A great guy and we spent a good 20 minutes putting the world to rights (which it sure needs right now)... Don't faff about wasting time on click and collect websites.. Just go to see Mac at London Tools Ltd, what they don't have in stock ain't worth having..

Was so helpful, my pram was missing a nut and the owner Mac went out of his way to find me a spare that fitted. He then told me to take a few spare “free of charge for the kids”. True champion in times of need.
