Screwfix Lincoln - Tritton Road

Staff on Sunday the 20th October were brilliant, helpful etc.
My wife had to go back to collect the order on Monday 21st October 2019 and the staff were useless/unhelpful and stood and watched while she had to carry 2 heavy boxes out the store and into the car. Complete lack of manners.

Doing up our new house and keep finding we need extra bits and pieces be it building materials or sockets etc, so have placed a couple dozen orders here this month, all spot on with no problems. The staff in the store are very friendly and efficient. Considering how hard lockdown is for businesses to adapt to, this store have got their Click&Collect down perfectly and give great service whilst still being safe. Reccomend 100%.

I had a problem to try and get the best product for the job and the lads were great. Looked for the right stuff and found what I needed. Cannot fault them

Love this store. Sooo very helpful. Very competitive prices. In last week buying a Hozelock retractable wall mounted hose. Best price around. Jamie was particularly helpful.

Quick efficient service staff helpful

Ordered and paid online, collect from store next day. Brilliant and simple 🙂 the new way to shop. However I would like to click n' collect, while paying at the countertop in the shop, like pre pandemic times.

Ordered 2 items for click and collect. Didn't need 1 item after all so didn't take it. Payed by PayPal. No refund even though they kept saying that they had. Proved to them they hadn't by showing PayPal transactions and bank statement but still nothing. Had to raise a dispute with PayPal (who said no refund had been raised) to get my money back. Shame because the products are good quality and competitively priced.

Click and collect working really well. I drive past this store on my way to site, and doing a click and collect adds about three minutes to the journey. Great service
