Helpful staff, saved me from calling out the plumber, total cost 6.75 to have a couple of new ceramic taps! They have also helped with supplies during house redecoration, always keen to assist someone without much experience!

Normally screwfix has great customer care but was really let down with a recent visit to the tiverton store. The duty manager was very rude and when trying to simply exchange an item.

Expect better from screwfix and other branches have much friendlier staff

Had to exchange an item, an angle grinder after purchasing a continental version instead of a UK compatable unit. The staff member handled my problem very professionally and was very conversant in the product. Overall an excellent transaction.

Ordering service very quick and pick up from the store was efficient. A small issue which arose when needing to return an unused item was dealt courteously and to our full satisfaction.

They do a great job and the staff are always helpful. They don't always have what you want in stock but you can have it within a couple of days from a different branch.
