What a great place ! I do a fair amount of DIY and use this shop quite often ! . You can get better quality products than Homebase and B&Qs. If you need some help ;) Staff is knowledgeable and involved. Also the location is great ! For those o us who don't drive, as it is very near to Richmond Train Station.
They stock everything including nails,nuts,screws,paints, brushes,varnishes, glues and grout . They also have a paint mixing service. They also stock bathroom and plumbing accessories.
This is the Best DIY Shop !!!!

Working in Richmond locally to this shop and have had to pop in a couple of times for materials.
Very helpful staff and always managed to get what i needed .

The atmosphere in this shop is always a bit tense and awkward. Some staff mock customers (although obviously a layman is allowed to shop there as well, not just builders) and there seems to be strange tension among staff, too.

Guys who work in there are great. Very knowledgable and helpfull. They helped me match a paint colour to a T.

Really friendly staff, who make you feel welcome and will answer any questions, regardless of how silly they might be. The Polish guy is a real asset to the shop.

I'm so grateful to Tom and the team at Decor Express Richmond for their super friendly help and advice. I was travelling from overseas and bought some tools to fix my luggage. The team even helped me fix it on the spot! Thanks again.
