I literally just visited here and I have left with such a smile on my face! I was greeted and served by a lovely lovely lovely young man! He was really helpful and friendly. They’re open slightly later than my local Toolstation which is why I went here. I will definitely be sure to come back here! Thank you Toolstation. We have been extremely happy with the quality and price of the items but most importantly we have been happy with the friendly and helpful service for the staff. Especially Gary and Steve who we have built a good relationship with!

Received excellent service from both Gary and Stephen whilst shopping for a lawnmower. Gary really knew his stuff and Stephen was very helpful in finding my products and completing the transaction quickly. Would happily visit again.

Bought an item on click and collect - but changed my mind, didn't collect it and requested a refund. Two months later the refund has still not been paid, despite my repeated chasing. Will now recovered via the credit card company.

Went into to buy a small Heater for my room. Was dealt with by a sales assistant by the name of Gemma. All I can say very friendly and helpful shows that she likes working there with her attitude. I hope that this review reaches her and shows that she is doing a wonderful job and always keeps that friendly attitude. Would love to give more then 5 stars

Excellent service from Partap. Went in thinking I knew what I needed. Partap went above and beyond to ask what I was looking at doing and advised on the correct tools. Could not have asked for anything more. Saved me a lot of time and effort by recommending the extra bits too that I didn't even think about. Definitely will be going back. Great product knowledge. His a credit to the company.

I was in desperate need of help as I was in the process of moving house. I needed to redecorate my new home amongst other things. I hadn't a clue as to where to start from in terms of the tools required and needless to say, was very stressed about the job ahead.

However, I was lucky enough to encounter Partap during my visit to your store. He was attentive, empathetic, clearly had great technical knowledge of your products, helped me select the tools required, and all at reasonable prices. He was the consummate professional throughout.
