I went to this shop in order to have a key made, the man at the counter made the key without much care as he ate his lunch. Upon trying the key, it did not even remotely slide into the lock. I returned around an hour later, where he 'fixed' it. I returned home and yet again had the same problem!!! Upon returning for the third time! I told the man the same thing had happend and had even made a video showing how and why it was not working. He showed a lack of care, and refused to watch the video, not even attempting to see his mistake. I spent 3 hours, 3 trips and over £10 In petrol for absolutely nothing! Granted he did return my £2.50? Waste of time!!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID. DONT NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. THEY SAY THE ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED BUT IT DONT. 2 TIMES THEY HAVE SAID AN ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED AND BOTH TIMES I HAVE BEEN HOME. THE TRACKING NUMBER THEY GIVE YOU DOESN'T GIVE YOU A TIME OR DATE ITS GOING TO BE DELIVERED.

Very bad key makers. He made me pay for his mistakes. The key he made didn't fit. Instead of apologizing, he ask for money again. Very bed customer service. Never make a key there.
