They are excellent! Very helpful, friendly and have always solved my different house and garden problems. If they don't have what you need they will order it for you. They also deliver compost and manure directly to your house. Really recommend this hardware shop

I've been in here quite a few times because I am doing a lot of DIY around my flat, and every single time the staff have been extremely helpful. I was impressed because one of the guys there had clearly been thinking about one of the DIY problems I was having in-between visits, and had come up with a solution the next time I went in. Quite a small shop, but they seem to be pretty well stocked. Really appreciate their help.

This is absolutely the best hardware shop in the world. The owners are friendly and incredibly helpful with DIY tips. This sometimes means you don't buy what you went in for since they help you understand you didn't need it and were just doing something wrong. They seem to have almost anything you can imagine in stock. Put it this way, we lived round the corner for 15 years, but now that we live a few miles away, we still go back to Sisi to get stuff since they are so awesome.

I bought 20 cup hooks from this store via Amazon. However only 19 were delivered. I rang shop. They readily apologised and offered a refund. I didn't want to take up any more of my and their time so refused. I wanted 20 hooks, not 19 plus a few pence! I have assumed this was an honest mistake on their part but was disappointed with their their lack of focus upsetting my plans hence only 3 stars.

Schalped all the way from Bal-ham to get sash window lifts. Immediately gave me exactly what i wanted amongst a good selection. Very cheap The shop has a great amount stock & lots more at the back. Delightful shopkeepers

Lovely local hardware shop in brackenbury village. Best place to go for advice or just when the odd light bulb or fuse goes
