I have had a amazing experience with a young lady called Negin, I am a regular customer thanks to this employee is the definition of customer service. I was working on a project where I needed help with I was struggling with what tools I needed and she guided me better than a manual she step by step searched and looked for everything I needed she is very bright and knowledgeable. I struggled for 2 weeks to work out the dimensions I needed and she worked it out less than 10 minutes thanks to her my client is happy. At the end of the service she told me to have a amazing day which I did have one. She is Golden. Very polite and smart.

I have used the click and collect service many times over the past year and staff have invariably been friendly and helpful. On the one occasion that an item was out of stock they called me and offered alternatives at the same price.

Just came in looking for a replacement handle for a tilt and turn window. Awful customer service - was told to click through a catalogue. No eye contact. I walked out in disgust, they didn't care. Their business must be doing very well for them to be that lazy and indifferent. Will spend my money elsewhere.
