Not bad in prices! The staff is very helpful as well!

Bought a power tool from there last week which turned out to be faulty. The customer service was great, they did an exchange with no quibble and tested the new one in the shop to make sure I was happy with it.
TBH I spend a lot there and this is the first time I have ever had an issue with anything I have bought from there.

Had an awful experience here.
Sat outside trying to log in on me business Screwfix account.
Lady and the manager comes out.
I blank them as I trying to relog back into the account.
She phones the police to try and get me arrested.
Young black male looks out of place was her telephone conversation to the police.
What a horrible vindictive woman. Even calls her husband to make out I am so threat as I sit quietly on my tablet choosing an item. The item was 460.00 piece of kit pahhahhh Toolstation you got it.
Went Toolstation and made the purchase.
What sad manageress who played the single white female card when clearly she was a piece of work. Blahhhh
