I have still not received my kitchen bin unit more than 3 weeks after the order and despite contacting them and being told the goods are on the way. There are good examples of online shopping (this company is not one of them). No contact from them, not even order confirmations. If your in no rush for your goods, and you hate being told anything about what is happening to your order, then you will probably enjoy shopping with this company.

Awful experience. had to wait for two weeks for the order, then it turns up and they have sent the wrong item. Then they don't even have the correct item in stock! Total waste of time and a joke of a company. Avoid!

If there's anything you need regarding fittings these people will have it, they really know there stuff and are always helpful giving great advise. I've used perceptive fittings for years now and they've help me out when I've come across a problem fitting kitchens on several occasion. Top people and a fantastic Service.

Hinges had snapped on a hard wood wardrobe door. Tried all the leading chain hardware stores to try and find these particularly heavy duty, larger hinges but to no avail. Why oh why did I not try an independent place like this first? The lads on the desk knew exactly what I was after. They didn't have it in stock when I popped in. Less than 24 hours later the hinges had been ordered, delivered, collected and already on my wardrobe door. Thoroughly worthy of 5 stars.
