Superdrug

Came to this store today, there was stuff in the way on the floor, stacks of baskets of stock in the way, the lady that helped me was so friendly, but the guy on the till was really rude, not the right attitude for working in retail blonde hair, will be going back to my normal superdrug store in the waterside

Everything I needed was easy to find. The cashier’s name was Lilli and Lilli was really nice a friendly.

The staff here were great. They pointed out that the item I was buying was bogoff so saved me a small fortune. Thanks

Internet wasn't working so was time consuming getting my member offers. Staff were friendly and helpful.

THEY ARE SO RUDE ACCUSED ME AND MY FRIENDS OF STEALING WE WERENT GOING TO WE ARENT LIKE THAT WE WERE JUST LOOKING AT MSCARA AND LIP GLOSS AND I THOUGHT THIS THING WAS FREE CAUSE IT SAID FREE BUT MY FRIEND TOLD ME IT WASNT AND JUST SAID IF U WALK OUT WITH THAT IT WOULD PROBABLY BEEP
AND THE LADY SAID OH YEA IT WILL GO OFFAND ALSO YOU WIIL VBE SENT TO THE BCK U SHOULDN'T OF SAID THAT ESPECIALLY WHEN I AM BEHIND U WE SAID YEA BUT WE WERENT GOING TO STEAL IT AND SHE SAID STILL SHOULDN'T OF SAID IT AND WE JUST LEFT AND WONT BE RETURNING SHE SHOULDN'T BE LISTNING TO OUR CONVO IF WE HAVD A ADULT SHE PROBABLY WOULDN'T OF SAID ANYTHING

I am so impressed with the ladies in this superdrug. My youngest daughter had her ears pierced and the staff were so lovely that my other (very nervous) daughter went back the next day for hers to be done. The staff were friendly, reassuring to two nervous children, and when my daughter felt wobbly after, Mary sprinted across the shop to get my daughter a bottle of water. The lady on the tills gave my daughter the shop elf to comfort her while she was nervous and told her how amazing her new earrings looked. The shop was calm and not over crowded. The price was half of other local places. Would recommend Sheryl and Mary to anyone considering getting a piercing.

Absolutely amazing staff! The most friendliest bunch! Went above and beyond to make me aware of plenty of offers and discounts available to me, and went out of their way to ensure I benefited from each offer. Sharon was a star and very positive, it’s lovely to see now that we are starting to get back to somewhat normal! Couldn’t recommend enough ❤️
