Superdrug

Google says this store at 37 Poultry is open until 8pm. I walked by at 7.15pm tonight and staff were just leaving and I was denied entry. It's the nearest store to where I work and the only reason I go in there. Often I am left waiting to pay at the counter and there is no bell to ring for attention. I hate self-service being forced on me but if staff don't appear to want to serve it's better to have the option to self-serve.

Horrendous customer service from the ‘Team Leader’ behind the till. There was no greeting from him, no please, no thank you, no eye contact, no smile. Felt very unwelcome. I don’t usually post reviews, but the customer service was that bad.

Saturday 1st August 2020 and not one customer was wearing a mask as required by law.
I walked out immediately. I was the only person, customer or staff who was wearing a mask.
Will stick with the bigger high street chain which takes the virus seriously

Difficult to findout the products as aisle don't have placard what is where. Keep searching here and there, its better to go to Boots as the prices are also similar.

Open early, helpful staff. Can wonder around and browse the bargins.

Well stocked lots of deals staff polite and helpful
