Superdrug

I went to the store around 3 weeks ago.
I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service. I'm still thinking how lovely and polite the staff was. Mo you where very kind- thank you !! Shame your not always in that store.

Very appalling customer service, When I walked into Superdrug I was being watched as soon as I walked into the store. My experience here was disgusting I was so overwhelmed how rude the staff are. As soon as I went to pay for my stuff I was being questioned from a worker (sales advisor) about a girl who also works there asking me if I knew her and cussing me out about how I was a bully in school. I was a bit confused and yes I knew the girl, I was disgusted and as I went and payed for my stuff and walked out I heard the staff calling me the c*** word and calling me broke I was disgusted. I will not be coming back here again

Got some worthwhile goods, well worth my journey. B!

Good store

Staff members are very helpful and friendly nature they have adequate knowledge about the products. I’d recommend that it’s worth visiting this store.

Pharmacy staff are polite and helpful. However a few minority working on the tills need to learn some manners as come across as rude.
