Superdrug

The shop itself is good for products but the staff can be hit or miss depending on their attitudes. However, the pharmacy is a different breed entirely. Synonymous with lethargy and laziness, expect long waiting times if you come here with a prescription. I didn't hang around.

My partner went to pick up order I had placed to be told it was being delivered by royal mail, the women who served her was arrogant and not very helpful, will not be ordering from them again!!

Good place, but wouldn't let me buy something g because I needed my id so I bought it in next day and then said I still couldn't because I don't need an id??? So

Very helpful staff and the store was very clean and tidy. The prices were very good with an excellent range of produce

Had to go into Savers after Superdrug for an item which Superdrug did not have in stock.
Discovered Listerine 'Nightly Reset' was £2.99 in Savers .Had paid£5.99 in Superdrug!
Ripped off!

Customer service here is extremely appalling and embarrassing. My wife and I booked a flu jab through their website for 1:00 pm Friday 20-Jan-23 but got told by a clueless bimbo at the pharmacy counter that they don't have flu jabs and she doesn't know why does their website have flu jab appointments. The pharmacist didn't even bother coming to us to have a word and just kept passing messages to the brainless shop assistant that was serving us. These people are absolutely rude and pathetic.

Clean. Lots of different products compared to my local Superdrug. Nice staff and lots of space.
