Superdrug

I was greeted the minute I walked in, with hello from the lovely Jamie. I was actually shocked because normally no one speaks to you when you go in to shops. Keep your great personality Jamie. Remember you might be the only person a customer has spoken to that day. Will definitely go back just to see Jamie xxx

I visited the Dunstable branch of Superdrug today and was very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the assistant helping me choose hypoallergenic makeup. She was amazing. Up till now I didn’t know you did hypoallergenic makeup so went elsewhere, but from now on thanks to the assistant I will be back . Well done

Shocking experience there lately. Today there were 4 staff members , all female openly swearing at each other, messing around in the aisles and generally being loud . Totally unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. I then was waiting at the tills for 10 mins whilst they were hiding and giggling. Need better staff !

I was there in Superdrug store,white Lion park with my family. I was served by Mr.Peter ( didn't see his full name), he suggested good men's perfumes to me and also informed about some offers, he's an asset to that store. Keep up the good work Peter. 26-10-2022.

I was walking around the shop with my arms crossed looking for a specific kiwi lip oil, and I found myself being watched and followed by all the staff while they whispered into their earpieces, "we'll watch her"! Just because I was wearing a baggy hoodie apparently I'm a thief. Luckily I didn't find the lip oil so didn't contribute to these disrespectful people's wages. Do better.

Jamie is the most helpful member of staff I have come across in a long time. I have been in this store several times recently and Jamie has been helpful every time, she is a star. She help me choose my nail varnish and made me feel important and that I mattered don’t often get treated like this when your 70 these days. Dunstable store you are lucky to have Jamie working for you.

I visited the Dunstable branch today to get my eyebrows threaded by a lovely young lady called Noreen. I can honestly say her service was exceptionally pleasant and professional from start to finish. Noreen took on board what I wanted and all I can is I am amazed! It’s not often you find people with a real flare and talent for what they do especially in the beauty industry but what can I say if you find the ones you automatically know they have good skills. I will definitely be returning to get my eyes threaded. I liked the fact you could just walk in no appointment and be seen so fast. If you haven’t already tried then I’d definitely recommend a visit.

I came in today 3/8/21 & needed some help in the makeup department. Jamie came & helped me & my daughter pick some presents for a friend. I felt her customer service skills & personality needed to be reviewed as she’s wonderful & very knowledgeable. It was an absolute pleasure being guided by her on what to buy & took all the stress out of it for me.
