Nice store lovely staff but seems to have a lot more for men , women's upstairs didn't find all that I wanted Rushden lakes has a lot more for women in their store

Absolutely appalling customer service and communication. I have been a Cambridge resident for 15 years and a happy resident at that. I today visited superdrug for a prescription and got accused of stealing !!! I collected my prescription and on leaving the store got stopped and asked very aggressively by the so called manager where is the "Listerine" . Taken a back with shock I said sorry I don't understand but basically she was accusing me of stealing I have never stolen anything in my life and having searched me they realised they got it wrong. I didn't receive an apology but have been left feeling anxious and upset . They went on to tell me that they have an issue with shop thefts and their CCTV does not work so it appears if they feel that you look the part then you will be accused of stealing :- guilty unless proven innocent. Avoid this shop at all costs if you want to have a relaxed shopping experience boots is just over the road so with my recent experience I shall be shopping there. AVOID AVOID AVOID,.
This is an inexperienced manager that thinks it is acceptable to just randomly select people on how they maybe look or Thier nationality and make a judgement!! Absolutely unacceptable in the year 2021 there are still small minded people out there

terrible experience!
the stuff was rude, they only had part of my prescription and they, when my husband came back to pick up the remaing part, they said they were not stocking it anymore! I know have to call my doctor again and hopefully the doctor will prescribe it again

Good service pretty staff too!
