I went to collect my repeat prescription and purposely went later in the afternoon, 15.30, as I was unsure when the pharmacy closed for lunch, to be told the pharmacist would not be back from lunch till 16.00! A one off inconvenience probably due to school holidays. Otherwise very helpful and friendly team.

I know it is difficult times but staff can be a little more helpful with customers. Especially the receptionist/ person who welcomes the customers . The attitude of one staff, especially Sally was absolutely stinking today. She should have more training for how to manage customers or she should find another job.
