Great costumer service, thanks to Allison and Fabian for helping me out with a big smile. At first I went to ask someone where I could find a specific item yet they said we don’t have it, luckily I met Allison who helped me find the product and have great advice.

Is this store closing down? The shop is a mess - empty shelves, the stock that is there is jumbled, the interior signage doesn't match the stock underneath. There were 4 colleagues on the shop floor, 2 in the pharmacy and 2 young men working a delivery. I was in the store for at least 15 minutes and received no acknowledgment of my presence.

2 self checkouts make it easy to serve yourself.

Annoying that some non prescription products are behind the prescription counter.

We use the cafe often because of the size of the meal and price, plus the space for wheelchairs, friendly atmosphere.

It's boots. I like all their own brand stuff which is worthy of the 4 stars but its not like it blows me away on a visit ha

Cannot get through to them at all. Was referred by my GP who said they will give me a call or I could call them, this was for very important medication/follow up. Did not receive no calls and after trying about 15/20 times I gave up.

I understand you could be busy but sort it out this is people lives/health on the line - you need to do better!

Long time customer in this shop, but is getting worse. 5 days ago ordered my repeated prescription and they didn’t send it. 48 hrs more she said, call 111 for emergency tablets. Why?
Customer service? Noooo
Filthy and a lot of litter around, stoking at the end piled.
Use to be pleasure to spend time around, the smell was lovely and now?!
I want to run and I will as soon as I get my prescription. Thnx
