A very Professional, friendly service provided by Sherri at the Abbey Salon. Sherri is very welcoming and provides the best LVL lash treatment and tint by far. Exceptional quality treatment in a relaxing atmosphere.

I visited Sherri today to have a LVL lash treatment & tint, eyebrow tint and gel pedicure. As usual the treatments were fabulous, Sherri’s customer care amazing and I’m very pleased with the results.

Excellent service for eyebrow tint and wax / thread - one of the best I have been to. The manicure is also very good. I would recommend as the venue itself is also really nice.

After suffering from PCOS, it meant I suffered bad facial care around the cheeks, neck and chin. I have now finished my treatment of lazer hair removal and it has made such a huge difference. I now feel happy and confident. Lazer hair removal was worth it and the staff here are so friendly. Would definitely recommend and I will also be returning for any future treatment.

Went for an LVL and it didn’t work. The process wasn’t done properly, and from the moment I got there she didn’t know what to do. Someone else had to remind her to give me forms to fill out and that was before we even got to the treatment. She was a lovely person, and I can’t fault her customer service, but her knowledge of LVLs is minimal and it showed. I paid £45 for my eyelashes to look the same as they did before. Won’t be going back.
Update: free lvl was offered as an apology so I went back two days later. The service was much better and the person who did it the second time did a much better job, however, because it was two days after the original appointment, she couldn’t leave the solution on my eyelashes for too long otherwise she would have singed them off. My eyelashes looked marginally better at the end but it still wasn’t how they should have looked. Overall the whole experience has been draining and I still won’t be going back.

Such a professional, lovely and friendly environment. I start my treatment with Sherie for eletrolysis and the results was astonishing after the first session. Sherie is a professional, honesty and very friendly person. The eyebrow design is always amazing. Definitely after every treatment my confidence is a little bit better. I recommend the Abbey Clinic to anyone that want a great service and a confortable environment
