Superdrug

I have just come from this store and I have to say they need to get rid of some of the staff if im honest, completely rude and disrespectful i asked for the location of a item which they are there to help with and I was met with a negative face and the women just pointed to the area then felt it was fine to speak about me on the headset to another employee.
If some of your staff don't want to deal with a customer asking a basic question they shouldn't work in retail boots will be my shop from now on as they know how to treat a customers.

I can't really say anything bad about this store as I don't live in the area.

The only issue I do have with Superdrug as a whole is the special promotion they have is only available at for Superdrug stores and not Savers. Which is a shame, because both stores are part of the same company. 😞

Lovely shop with good products. BUT! Staff is really unprofessional, not trained properly.

Always a pleasure to visit the pharmacy. The staff are so helpful and friendly.
I always have my online prescriptions fulfilled by Superdrug and they always go the extra mile if problems arise. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

1st class staff, friendly and helpful.

Store selling healthcare, toilettries, cosmetics, fragrances, gifts etc with an in-house Pharmacy to rear of store. Very well organised & always kept clean/tidy. Superdrug card /app well worth having as regular offers/promotions provide great savings on everyday necessities. Recently benefited from fragrance promotion, gaining £5 worth of points after spending over £40 on fragrance/gift sets, all helping towards Christmas. Staff very polite, patient & helpful. Store accessible on ground floor with necessary covid measures in place.
