Popped into Superdrug today i was looking for a concealer i spke to Rachel she was so so helpful she helped me with concealer brushes and eyeliner

I love this store, not too big but always well stocked with enticing makeup and skincare products. Friendly, helpful staff. Recently had my ears pierced here and the beautician was so lovely and thorough. I think her name was R.Magao hard to read writing on aftercare form, hope I’ve read her name right as she was great!

Not super drug itself but the lady who does eyebrows do not trust her!! I only asked for a tidy up I've just about got eyebrows left!! I always.go to the younger girl.but she wasn't there today. Never going to her again

This review is for the in-store chemist because I don't use the store that much. Excellent customer service. Prescriptions always handled very quickly. More than once my GP's secretary sent the prescription to the wrong store but they managed to fix it.

My old age pensioner Dad has waited in for 5 days. He rang & the girl who answered the phone said the driver came yesterday but he was out, he didn’t leave the house so driver is lying. He needs his meds

Went to get a piercing. No pain. Ever so slight no bang or click. How do they do that? Now I want a third or first. The staff where brilliant and asked if want both done togeather so its just done. I said yes and they did. It was fine. No pain sharp ever so slightly next day none at all. Very reassuring.

Staff in store so helpful, helped me find my shade of foundation and concealer as well as giving me some advice and tips. So grateful for the incredible customer service received.
