Apparently the pharmacy is closed between 2 -3 for a lunch break?! You have limited your opening hours as it is how do you expect people to be able to collect their prescriptions lunch breaks should be coordinated between staff not at the cost of patients who need their medication

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Waited in line for an hour because I desperately needed my prescription. Staff didnt even ask if people were waiting or handing prescriptions in there was no communication at all just people waiting for over an hour trying to get their prescription. Had to change pharmacy to get my medicine. Numerous superdrug staff were standing around aware of the situation. I understand they arent pharmacy workers but could speed up by finding out people needed. Some common sense at least.

This phamacy is an absolute DISGRACE! filled with the most incompetent staff I have ever witnessed. It used to be an amazing place but after the phamacy staff were changed it has turned in to a nightmare. Just getting a prescription is a headache, stressful and unpleasant experience. The staff and the pharmacist need training and need to learn basic manners, they get you worked up and then act shocked when your upset. Do not go here!! Unless you want to get Ill.

Worse Superdrug, unprofessional and poor management from the manager. Went in needed my online order prescription, everytime I have done this method of purchase the manager has never asked for ID and usually give me my item, today she decided to play employee of the month and ask for ID although I had the email and ID on my phone.

A member of staff behind the pharmacy counter was not helpful or friendly at all.
Long queue at the normal till as only one person at the counter, 3 staff member behind pharmacy till not serving anyone, I asked if I could pay for what I had, like I had done so in the past, “ No, go to the other till” she said.
Many of the items on offer are out of stock.
The ceiling needs a bit of refurb!! It has been like that for a while now. See pics.
Two stars because one staff member was really nice and I managed to find most items of what I was looking for.

Friendly staff who helped me with buying make-up. Superdrug is the go to for good quality make-ups, creams etc. My day went smooth and no mess ups which was great.
They have good deals on everytime.

I had the worst experience ever in this shop today. I lined at the back of the queue. When I got to fragrance which was near the till I asked a tall blonde woman with a red xmas jumper on if she would help with perfumes. She answered rudely that they all are and I had to wait for my turn. I was upset but absorbed it. I stepped back a bit as I was already on the queue. It was my turn as I did not need the till yet, I had to wait for 2 people at the till to go then she came back to me. She asked if I was on the queue, I gestured to show her by pointing to myself and my proximity to the till which was obvious. She said she had to ask to make sure I did not jump the queue etc. I got more upset but held it in still. I allowed her to serve me and asked to see a manager. I was told the manager was busy. Someone came to see me, who apologised and promised to take the matter up. I have no confidence that he will. Its very sad I got treated that way, it took every ounce of energy in me not to make a scene. Its either this woman assumed I jumped the queue and was just determined to be rude or I would like to believe that she did not treat me like that because of what I looked like to her (my colour). It's a shame that such people who can't be bothered to to be nice to customers destroy the good work of others. The woman at the door was absolutely lovely and she singlehandedly made my experience better because she was not only nice but genuine. My experience at this branch was horrible I will never return there.

Allways followed around by the security guard which is quite intimidating,
I see the shop lifters plying there trade here but the security guard is more intrested in my presence,
Im a paying customer just buying my essentials
