Very polite and friendly staff. Although store seems understaffed at times and when a customer is asking lots of questions or taking the person on till away to be shown an item the queue builds up and people can get irritable. I think they are trained to take customers over to whatever they need which is nice for that customer but leaves 5 other customers fuming, not their fault its a management from head office directive but needs changing.

Standard small high street Boots, sells a bit of everything and has a Pharmacy. The only pay point is the pharmacy counter so can mean queuing for a while. They do sell a small range of baby clothes and gifts which is useful. Staff are usually fairly limited with interactions so don’t expect to be asked awkward questions about your pharmacy purchases!

They always close 10-15 minutes before 6pm so they should consider to update the time. Customer service is not the best.

The pharmacy is an absolute disgrace.kez and Anne Are two very efficient employees pharmacy. They are wonderful but the re-ordering of medication is abysmal So many times I've been left where there is no medication. And it wasn't reordered. I seem to spend most of my life. At the pharmacy counter. Trying to get medication. For my conditions. If you try to make a phone call They do not pick up. I've even been told. That they lost the phone. It really is. The most sloppy setup I've ever encountered. I complain to the manager. On two occasions. So I have to throw my hands up in the air. And sakit and go to a pharmacy that can reorder my medication on a monthly basis. I would have thought that was a pretty simple task. But not the boots they can't do it. So boots I would like to give you a big boot. Useless pharmacy.

Disgusting only one member of staff in the whole shop working pharmacy and tills. Shelves are empty store is dirty. I would rarther travel miles to go to a much better store else where. How can you run a whole store with only one staff member ?

Nobody picks up the phone in pharmacy.my repeat prescription is never there.there is hardly any make up in store and often looks like store is closing down.skeletal staff.nothing like the lovely Boots in Lewisham but we get the scrag end of everything in Catford.

Our local Boots well it's ok i haven't had a problem claming my mother's medication they store just to have more staff working there and a bit more choices but looks like the internet is killing it a bit and the store actually need a renovation ASP its out of date

My child got high fever - I ran to boots for calpol - no one to serve for 10mins!!!!! Ridiculous store with no staff.... there was staff around the store - I asked if I can just leave the money (keep the change) and I can go... the reaction was “I don’t know “ please avoid this store
