My experience of Chiswick Planet Organic was mixed. The location is convenient and the store looks okay. I like the opening hours and the range of goods is satisfactory. But the cashier repeatedly gave me unclear instructions in a bossy manner, though she was nice at the end. And my mixed experience concerning the cashier was particularly unwanted because a minute or two earlier I felt bad about the behaviour of a Planet Organic customer towards me. Yes, my experience of Chiswick Planet Organic was mixed.

Valentina and Jessyca created a negative customer experience for us, despite being regular shoppers at Planet Organic. We bought some sprouts which were completely mouldy, and they refused to replace them because we didn’t have a receipt. On showing them the credit card receipt for the purchase, they put up their hands and refused to take positive action.

This is a great example of how not to run a brand. That’s them laughing about it when I said I would leave a bad review.

Great place. Recently started selling Barry’s smoothies. No free parking in Chiswick, but paid parking bays are just outside the store

I went to check out Planet Organic yesterday hoping to buy vegan cheese and it exceeded my expectations. They have very tasty real vegan cheese options. Of course the store has many many more delicious things too but for vegan cheese this is now my place to go.

One of my favourite stores in the area with a great selection of organic products. Yes it is more expensive but you get fresh and quality products not available elsewhere.

Love this store for all its fresh organic produce & treats -favs include the to go food, Karma Kombucha, Fushi beauty products and booja booja truffles!
Can also get Crosstown doughnuts here too!!

Guaranteed to spend a small fortune here but will be worth it... Had a very reasonable in-house cafe for take aways -dont be shy to get specific and ask for extra hot!

I had a lot of hope when Planet Organic announced that they were buying As Nature Intended. Both chains were equally good so together it seemed they'd be fantastic. Unfortunately, especially recently, I don't like what I'm seeing in this store. I've used Yoyo to pay ever since Planet Organic introduced it as a way to pay in their stores. My payment has declined every single time I've tried to pay and whoever has served me hasn't even tried to be discreet about it in front of other customers. There's no need to make sure other customers know my payment has been declined, no there isn't a problem with my phone and yes I do have enough money in my account thank you very much. It's only when I explain for the third or fourth time that I'd like to use Yoyo that whoever is serving me selects that option on their till and my payment is successful. Perhaps staff should listen to customers instead of inconveniencing them. Moving on, certain staff don't seem able to use the till systems at all. It wasn't the first time on my previous visit that the person serving me has had to call any member of staff over to get them to do something for them as they don't know how to do it themselves. It's perfectly okay not to know everything but having to call someone over after scanning every item is just ridiculous. Again, it inconveniences customers. Sometimes to the point where I've seen a queue the length of which shouldn't be in a store this small. On several occasions, I've arrived at the store in the evening to be told the coffee bar is closed. That's not a problem at all but it was only on the previous visit to this that I was told it closes at 19:00. With this in mind, I know to pay a visit before this time if I want to order something from there. Today, after travelling 40 minutes to the store, I arrived at 19:00 exactly. I took a place in the queue, checked out the menu and the person serving people decided to tell me "If you're looking at the juice menu, it's closed". I said that wasn't a problem as I was looking to get a hot chocolate. To that they replied "Actually, it's the whole section, not just juices that's closed, so...". I explained that I'd walked in at seven, it was literally one minute past seven now, so surely the coffee machine hadn't already been closed. I should know this as I work in a cocktail / espresso bar. It takes a while. The person replied "Yeah, it has, sorry". So, clearly, they'd been closed a bit earlier than their stated time. Where I work, we close our coffee machine at a given time but we'll always serve hot drinks just a little bit after that time. We'd rather our customers be happy and come back than save a little bit of time and risk them never returning. After several less than good experiences at this store, whilst knowing how good the previous staff were when As Nature Intended was still around, I probably won't be back.

Cool place well packed just that some items are too expensive. Place is neat, but they need to remove bruised items in the fresh fruit n veg section.
