In December the company installed for us a new boiler and heating system - including thermostat, duct and vent, radiators and new location for the boiler.
At all times, the company acted speedily, including an initial visit from Liam to appraise and quote for the job. They were always punctual and all team members were equally hard working and personable. We felt that at all times they did the best possible job for us, even if an alternative took longer, and they remained loyal to their initial quotation.
They were totally respectful of our house and of ourselves - always covering all areas of the house with protective sheeting, communicating with us clearly, respectfully and courteously, and listening to us.
The standard of their work was exemplary. They made suggestions that improved the aesthetics of the job, and we were very impressed with the training offered to the apprentice who worked as part of their team each day.
We would have no hesitation in recommending this company for their professionalism, skills, quality of service delivery and high standards of personal conduct.

Not forgetting Spencer for many years of maintenance and Debbie for the friendly voice at the end of the phone.
I discussed it with my heating engineers Mark Knowles, who gave me a quick link to Google services.
They tried to solve the problem “on line” and discovered a chip fault.
It was under 2 yrs warranty and I received a replacement unit from Google within 2 days. Mark Knowles came and removed the old one and installed the new one the next day - all super efficient and system working.

I also had a blockage in the bathroom sink for several months with water draining slowly which Spencer was able to put right, as well as offering some welcome advice on household plumbing in general too. Many thanks to him and to Debbie of administration who took my calls and and set up contacts for me and organised diary slots.
